Boyfriend jeans and stepping out of your comfort zone

Diesel Eazee boyfriend jeans (tapered fit), black blazer and white Converse All Stars, outfit via Disco me to Oblivion, baby!I’m a bit late to the boyfriend-jeans party but here I am, nonetheless. I’m a little skinny-jeans tired, and even though I have a nice alternative in the shape of beautiful black flared jeans, I keep reaching back for my trusty skinnies – until I “grew out of” my favourite pair. As an avid Zalando Lounge shopper, I kept my eye open for a good promotion and stumbled upon a Diesel sale. Along with a pair of replacement black skinnies (which fit like a dream) came the Eazee jeans.

In between stops we pulled over to take pictures even though we had just been on a long walk and gosh darn baggy crotches are no good for long walks. I was a little hangry, my feet hurt and so did my thighs from rubbing against the new, rough denim, hahaha.

My bun takes on many forms, ranging from potted palm to pineapple and sometimes even potato. But I digress! These jeans are the best thing that has happened to me, fashion wise, in quite a while. I know this silhouette is not new at all, but to me it feels fresh, and that’s all that really matters, right? I can’t wait to wear these jeans with a floaty camisole and sandals. This Summer’s going to be all about chillin’ out maxin, relaxin’ all cool. Yaassss.

✌️ Laterz peeps! ✌️

    1. Yes and trousers! I don’t even know how they’re supposed to fit, that’s how ~strange~ they are to me, though I love the look when styled well (cue net-a-porter)

Pretty Sharp, a no-fuss beauty blog
Look, I get it. No one really reads beauty blogs anymore. But just like Gretchen just won't stop trying to make fetch happen, I won't ever give up on the written medium. Because there is just so much more to good makeup, skincare and fragrance than how they look as a prop in a photograph.

At Pretty Sharp you'll find honest beauty reviews, news bits along with occasional fashion/style/personal related articles. No clickbait. No bullshit
